By car:

You can travel to Vigo from Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, San Sebastian, Zaragoza and other destinations from regions like Asturias, Andalucia and Extremadura. Internationally Vigo is connected with Portugal (Porto, Lisbon and Algarve), France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany and some other countries. The AP-57 motorway ends in Baiona. It is connected to AP-9 from A Coruña and A-52 from Ourense.

Baiona is linked with Vigo city centre (20 km) by a 25 minute drive along the A9 motorway. There are three different ways to get to Vigo by car:
1) Vigo is linked to Madrid through the A-52 motorway until Benavente, and then the A-6 motorway until Madrid.
2) Vigo is connected with the North of Portugal through the Rías Baixas motorway.
3) Vigo links to the North of Galicia (Pontevedra, Santiago de Compostela and A Coruña) through the Atlantic Motorway.
